At Smart Connect Power, we've built our approach around transparency and fairness. This refund policy reflects how we handle situations when things don't work out as expected. We've been refining these terms since we started working with clients in Ho Chi Minh City, and they're designed to protect both your interests and ours.

Who Qualifies for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on several factors. We've found these criteria help us maintain quality service while respecting your investment.

Initial Consultations

Full refunds available within 7 days if you haven't accessed any materials or attended scheduled sessions. No questions asked during this window.

Multi-Session Programs

Partial refunds calculated based on unused sessions. Must request within 14 days of purchase and before completing 25% of program content.

Workshop Attendance

Cancellations made 10+ business days before event date qualify for 85% refund. Less than 10 days notice receives credit toward future workshops.

Digital Resources

Downloadable content and recorded sessions aren't eligible once accessed. Technical issues preventing access qualify for full refund within 30 days.

How the Refund Process Works

Our team reviews your request against policy criteria. This usually takes 3-5 business days. We might reach out if we need clarification or additional information about your situation.

You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund was approved, partially approved, or declined. If approved, we'll confirm the amount and expected processing timeline.

Approved refunds process within 7-10 business days. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-7 additional business days.

Common Refund Situations

Changed Your Mind Early

If you decide strategic financial planning isn't right for you within the first week and haven't started engaging with materials, we'll process a full refund. This cooling-off period gives you time to reconsider without financial risk.

Service Quality Concerns

We take quality seriously. If you're dissatisfied with the service level, let us know immediately. We'll work to address concerns first, but if we can't resolve things to your satisfaction, we'll discuss refund or credit options based on services already delivered.

Scheduling Conflicts

Life happens. If you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, contact us before your scheduled session. We can usually reschedule or provide credit toward future services. Refund eligibility depends on timing and how much advance notice we receive.

Technical Problems

If technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing paid services, you qualify for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. We'll need details about the problem you experienced so we can verify and fix it for others.

Duplicate Charges

Payment errors get resolved quickly. If you were accidentally charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, we'll refund the error immediately once verified. Usually processed within 2-3 business days.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds always return through your original payment method. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:

  • Credit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your statement within 7-14 business days. Your card issuer controls the exact timing, so check with them if it takes longer than expected.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank refunds take 10-15 business days. We'll need your bank details if they've changed since purchase. Vietnamese banking holidays may add 1-2 days to processing.
  • Digital Wallets: MoMo, ZaloPay, and similar services typically process refunds within 5-7 business days. The funds should appear in your wallet automatically once processed.
  • International Payments: Cross-border refunds may take longer due to currency conversion and international processing. Allow up to 20 business days for international credit card refunds.

We can't issue refunds to different payment methods than you originally used. This policy protects against fraud and follows standard financial industry practices.

Important Things to Know

  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors aren't refundable in partial refund situations
  • Promotional pricing or discounts don't affect refund eligibility, but the refunded amount reflects what you actually paid
  • Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after purchase require additional review and may not qualify
  • Custom or personalized consulting work has different terms based on scope and completion percentage
  • Group program refunds don't affect other participants and maintain confidentiality of your decision
  • Outstanding balances on payment plans must be resolved before refunds process
